Judges preside over a variety of cases including Probate, Small Claims,
Juvenile and Criminal Misdemeanor matters. In 2009, the Fayette

above. In criminal matters, I am committed to community safety while
being ever-mindful of the constitutional rights of the accused. During
my tenure and as Chief Judge, I have been involved in implementing
numerous measures to improve the efficiency of our court system.
With my many years of experience as an attorney
